Filter for irrigation machines (ФДМ)

Application

The filter is designed to filter irrigation water, which is supplied from the distribution network to stationary, circular, mobile and front irrigation machines

Installation

The filter is installed between the irrigation hydrant or the valve of the distribution network of the irrigation system and the irrigation machine

Design

Body, cover and filter supports are made of constructional carbon steel with hot-dip galvanizing 70 microns thickness.

The inlet and outlet flanges of the filter are made according to EN 1092-1, PN - 1.0, 12 mm thick.

The filter element is made of stainless steel with perforation indicated on view A followed by rolling of the sheet. Rolling junctions are fastened with stainless steel rivets.

The filter support complete with a clamp allows to fix the filter outlet both in vertical and horizontal positions, depending on the connection of the filter to the irrigation machine.

Operating principle

Control of filter contamination is performed using the difference between the inlet and outlet pressure (measurement using the inlet/outlet pressure gauge).

When the inlet/outlet pressure difference is 0.1 MPa, the filter is pre-cleaned with a filter flushing valve. Complete cleaning of the filter is carried out by removing the filter cover and removing the filter element with its subsequent water or mechanical cleaning.
